Yes, although if you want to verify our status with our manufacturers, they know us better as Signage Specialist Inc.
Orders
Will my order ship the same day I place it?
- Most orders placed before 3:00PM mountain time, Monday - Friday, will ship same day, but not all
- Your order is only guaranteed to ship same day once you have received your tracking number, except when weather disallows pickup
- Some orders will ship partially, or entirely, from our manufacturers and can be delayed due to their processing time limitations
- The more common the part or ink you order, the more likely it is to ship same day
- If your order will not ship same day, we will contact you via email to let you know an ETA​
Do you offer expedited shipping options?
Yes, you will receive multiple FedEx shipping options at checkout.
Can I place an order over the phone or email?
Due to security reasons, we do not accept credit cards over the phone or email. The most secure way to order is though the website.
Do you accept POs and/or NET 30 Accounts?
You can add your PO number for your reference to the comments section at checkout, but we do not accept POs or NET 30 accounts.
Do you ship internationally?
Orders shipping to Canada will be quoted shipping at checkout. All other countries need to contact us for a quote. Contact us
